During the months of April, September, October, and November 2025, the Congregation of the Sisters Adorers, Handmaids of the Blessed Sacrament and of Charity, is carrying out an economic management training course at the Mother House in Madrid, within the framework of the implementation of the new accounting and management program A3.
This change represents a decisive step towards a more unified, secure, and efficient administration, which includes the launch of its own servers and infrastructures. With this modernization, the Congregation strengthens digital security, coordination between Provinces and Delegations, and technological autonomy, at the service of the mission that animates the entire Adorer life.
A phased training process
The training has been planned in phases, with the progressive participation of staff and sisters responsible for the economic areas of the Adorer Social Work, communities, and schools in the different Provinces and the Delegation.
In April, it was the turn of the Europe-Africa Province. In September, the economic teams of the America Province participated, and during October, the sisters and staff of the Japan Delegation are being trained. Finally, in November, the process will conclude with the participation of the Provinces of Kolkata and Mumbai.
This training itinerary is encouraging the exchange of good practices and the strengthening of networking among the different regions in which the Adorer Family is organized today, consolidating a common management in service of the mission.
An administration at the service of the mission
Beyond technical updating, this initiative reflects our commitment as Sisters Adorers to transparent, co-responsible management at the service of the mission.
Each training session is also a space for encounter and communion, where experiences, learnings, and common challenges are shared. From our charism of Adoration and Liberation, the Congregation promotes management that combines professionalism and gospel spirit, putting resources at the service of life in our houses and projects, of justice, and of the hope for the women we accompany.
